Privacy Policy
Note Reader is a music-reading practice app for students. It collects nothing about you.
No accounts, no servers
The app runs in your browser. There are no logins, no accounts, and no database. Nothing you do reaches me or anyone else.
No tracking
The app uses no analytics, no advertising, no cookies, and no third-party trackers.
What stays on your device
Your browser saves two things, on your device and nowhere else:
- Your in-progress composition in the Builder.
- Your best practice streaks in the Note Drills.
This information never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Sharing a composition
When you make a share link, the app packs the music into the link itself. Opening a link rebuilds the piece in your browser. No server stores a copy.
Children's privacy
The app collects no personal information, so students of any age can use it safely.
Changes
I'll post any update to this policy on this page.
